As a first time user of the product, I was skeptical of the results I would see. I applied EnerJel to my shoulders and lower back prior to a round of golf. All I can say is THANK YOU!!! I ran a half marathon recently. I used EnerJel prior to running the race, and also applied after completing the race. I was very satisfied with the assist in endurance and recovery that I experienced. With basically the same amount of pre-race training, I experienced very little soreness in my legs following the race. After previous races and before using EnerJel, it was very difficult for me to climb stairs the following day due to extremely sore IT bands. The EnerJel product nearly eliminated this soreness. I am convinced of the product’s effectiveness and I am Powered By Fuse!

Professional golf can be extremely demanding, especially on the lower body. I had ACL reconstruction surgery on my right knee which occasionally makes walking, crouching and proper footwork a difficult endeavor. I don’t care for pain killers or ibuprofen. Having worked out my entire life, I have utilized different products for that after workout soreness. Nothing to date has given the results of EnerJel. Both as a competitive athlete and now a soccer coach & S&C (strength & conditioning) trainer, I’ve been applying topical pain relief creams for many years for quick muscle & joint pain relief. I recently hurt my elbow and was given a prescription product called Pennsaid and after trying that for a while I decided to try the Enerjel. I like the Enerjel results better and it doesn’t have all the possible bad side effects the Pennsaid has.
